DEVELOP: After having defined the problem, we need to consider the different ways in which we can solve it. We will start broadly and through feedback and consideration work towards a refined concept to pilot.
Brainstorm concepts - How many ways could we possibly solve this problem? We look at ways to brainstorm.
Gather input - Once we have our initial ideas, we get input from partners and stakeholders to identify weak spots and narrow down our solutions.
Refine the concept - Using the feedback we previously collected, we make the necessary changes or ideate new solutions.
