IDENTIFY: This step lays the foundation for the innovation process by examining and defining the assumed problem and the target audience.
Begin documentation - Intentionally creating clear and concise documentation methods will increase communication and understanding of your process and solution.
Practicing humility - This is an ongoing process that can be tricky, but in order to design with and for others, we need to constantly be asking ourselves difficult questions in pursuit of the best solution.
Explore the issue - We must look at the assumed problem through multiple lenses and get to the root of WHY it is a problem. This step is done through a variety of research tools that we will cover.
Define the Problem - Building off our initial research, we will articulate the problem we are solving for. This will be our north star throughout the rest of the process.
