Orange Sparkle Ball Partner, Ashley Touchton, attended the Consumer Electronics Showcase (CES) in Las Vegas at the beginning of the year to research emerging technology sectors and understand evolving trends in the startup and technology sectors. This event is the largest technology trade show in the world and boasts over 140K visitors and over 4,500 exhibitors.
Here are some highlights from the 3-day show with overall trends and insights coming soon!
Indy Autonomous Challenge
The Indy Autonomous Challenge gathers autonomous race car teams from universities around the world to compete to advance autonomous technologies and escalating the speed to commercialization of autonomous safety and performance systems.
Ashley had the pleasure of cheering on the Michigan State team alongside our friends from the MEDC, NextEnergy, and Ann Arbour Spark, as well as seeing the first ever race with four autonomous race vehicles competing on the same track!
