Immersive Innovation Labs

At Orange Sparkle Ball, we believe that innovation is about making change. It’s about learning to negotiate with uncertainty and try new things. It’s a process and a mindset all rolled into one. That’s why we created the Immersive Innovation Labs. These cohorts allow organizations to encourage
anyone with an innovative spirit to refine their skills.

Attendees enter with a problem statement and by moving through our process focused on identification, development, and testing, they will leave with a pilot plan and a pitch deck to gather buy-in from stakeholders. Each phase features individual asynchronous work done with our supporting materials and toolkit that can be accessed on our digital portal, partnered peer support, large group discussions, and 1:1 coaching with OSB innovation experts. And when the cohort is all over, you’ll still have access to the digital portal for reviewing concepts, the toolkit, and a supportive peer community.
