The Partnership for Inclusive Innovation (PIN) is partnering with Orange Sparkle Ball to implement project-centered Innovation Coaching as a core offering of their upcoming Partnership Leaders Program; a 6-month long engagement designed to provide participants with a soft onboarding to inclusive Tech-Based Economic Development and entrepreneurial ecosystem development. By working directly with small, mid-sized, and rural community-based teams to access educational resources and support, the Leaders Program facilitates local community collaboration and partnership, and regional inclusive innovation ecosystem development across the Southeast.
As a part of the Partnership’s inclusive innovation programming, each team will receive project-centered Innovation Coaching from an OSB Innovation Coach throughout the Program. OSB’s project-centered Innovation Coaching guides participants through identifying an actionable entry point to a system-wide problem, and an iterative, value-driven approach to solution development. Understanding the highly context-specific nature of innovation, OSB Innovation Coaches meet teams where they are, encouraging forward progress toward sustainable and impactful change.
The Leaders Program kicked off in April, with in-person presentations by both OSB and PIN teams, who had the opportunity to meet with project teams and share invaluable insights on leadership development.
The OSB team couldn’t be more excited for the opportunity to work with the Partnership in enabling inclusive Tech-Based Economic Development across the southeast. Be sure to stay tuned for more updates as our progress with the project teams continues!
